Eat Fruit Daily Prevent You From Constipation

The hard, dry stools of constipation occur when the colon absorbs too much water or if the colon muscle contractions are slow or sluggish, causing the stool to move through the colon too slowly.

Normally fruits are widely used to help cure for constipation. You get enormous benefits from eating fruits especially if you eat the outer skin and eat them without cooking. Eat 3-4 apples a day to relieve constipation. If apples are not organic, it’s best to peel the apple before eating. I do not recommend using dried apple slices instead of fresh organic apples. Using baked apples also helps to clear constipation.
